Bylukz Corporation Private Limited (“Bylukz”, “We”, “Us”) provides Users with multiple secure payment options for purchasing products on the Bylukz Platform. All payment-related terms described here apply to all orders placed through the Bylukz website or mobile application. By placing an order, Users agree to this Payment Policy in addition to Bylukz Terms & Conditions and other applicable policies.
Secure Payment Processing
Bylukz uses trusted, industry-standard payment gateway partners that employ secure encryption technology to safeguard your financial information. All online transactions processed through the Platform are encrypted using advanced protocols to prevent unauthorized access to sensitive data. Bylukz does not store or retain full card details on its servers.
Payment Methods
Users may complete purchases through several payment modes including debit and credit cards, UPI payments, mobile wallets, net banking, and Cash on Delivery (where available). Users may also use their Bylukz Wallet balance or store credits to complete or partially complete the payment for eligible orders.
Credit and Debit Cards
Bylukz accepts payments made using Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, American Express, Rupay, and other major card networks issued in India. To pay using a credit or debit card during checkout, Users must enter the card number, expiry date, and CVV. For enhanced security, Users may be redirected to their bank’s verification page to enter their OTP or 3D Secure password. International cards may be restricted depending on product category.
UPI and Net Banking
UPI payments can be made using supported UPI apps like Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM, and bank UPI applications. Net banking payments can be completed through major Indian banks. Bylukz offers mobile-friendly payment pages so Users can easily complete payments on smartphones.
Cash on Delivery (COD)
Cash on Delivery (“COD”) may be offered for selected products, and pincode locations. COD availability depends on order value, eligibility, and risk evaluation. When COD is available, Users must pay the entire amount in cash at the time of delivery. COD orders may not be eligible for partial payments, store credit, wallet balance use, or foreign currency. Bylukz reserves the right to disable or restrict COD for Users with irregular order patterns, high returns, or suspected misuse.
Pricing and Charges
All prices shown on the Platform are final and inclusive of taxes unless stated otherwise. Delivery or convenience charges, if applicable, will be displayed clearly at checkout. There are no hidden charges or additional fees beyond what is shown during the purchase process. The total amount paid by the User at checkout is the exact amount collected.
Fraud Detection and Verification
Bylukz places the highest importance on fraud detection and risk prevention. All transactions are monitored for suspicious activity. Orders that appear high-risk may be held temporarily for manual verification. In such cases, Users may be asked to submit identity documents, such as PAN, Aadhaar, or any government-issued ID. This verification ensures the safety of the cardholder and the platform. If verification fails or the User does not respond, the order may be cancelled.
Security Compliance
Bylukz’s payment processing partners ensure compliance with RBI guidelines, including 3D Secure, tokenization, encryption, and other mandated security layers. The 3D Secure password or OTP process adds an extra layer of identity verification, ensuring only the rightful cardholder completes online transactions. Banks may require Users to generate this password or activate online transaction facilities prior to use.
Failed Transactions
If a User is unable to complete a transaction due to gateway errors, declined payment, session timeouts, or network interruptions, the User should retry or select a different payment method. If the amount is deducted but the order is not created, the amount is refunded automatically by the bank/gateway within 3–7 working days. Bylukz does not control the speed of the bank’s refund cycle.
Refund Policy
Any refund due to cancellations, rejection at doorstep, failed delivery, bylukz-cancelled orders, or approved returns will be processed exclusively as Bylukz Wallet Store Credit, not back to the original payment method. Store credit can be used for future purchases or services within the app. Refund processing timelines begin only after confirmation of cancellation or after the returned product passes quality check.
User Responsibilities
Users must provide accurate payment information when placing orders. Bylukz is not responsible for delays, failed transactions, bank system downtime, or incorrect entries made by the User. By completing a purchase, the User authorizes Bylukz to process and settle the payment for the selected products. All applicable taxes, including GST, are included in the final invoice provided by Bylukz at the time of purchase.
User Consent and Liability
By completing a payment on the Platform, Users acknowledge and consent to the processing of their financial information by secure, third-party payment partners. Users agree that Bylukz cannot be held liable for unauthorized transactions arising from User negligence, sharing of passwords, device compromise, or network breaches outside Bylukz’s control.
